1. Must be at least 18 years old, without any negative track records.
2. Must be recommmended by a Sathelyne associate.
3. Complete a distributor application form.
4. Submit a photocopy of both sides of the indentity card.
5. Submit your stipulated local bank account number.


Qualifications:


Tried the product and accumulated sales of 18,000 PV* (point value) and above.


Rewards:


1. Retailing profit of 20%.
2. Direct purchase of products can be made  from the company and can develop own organisation.

BARON


Qualifications:

Achieved personal sales of 90,000PV, excluding initial persoanl sales of 18,000PV.

Rewards:


1. Retailing profit of 29%.
2. Group Bonus of 9%.
3. Promotion to Baron will be effected in the following month and the retailing profit and group bonus
    will be effected the following day.

COUNT



Qualifications:

[either one method]


1a. Has developed 3(three) 1st generation sponsored Barons; or 
1b. Has accumulated a personal sales of 360,000PV and above, excluding initial personal sales of 18,000PV*



Rewards:


1. Retailing profit of 38%.
2. Group Bonus of 9-18%.
3. Count Generation Bonus for up to 6 generations: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1.5%, 1%, 1%
4. Promotion to Count will only take effect in the following month after qualification; however, the retailing profit
    and group bonus will take effect the next day.



Maintenance Amount:



Maintenance Amount which comprises personal sales of 5,000PV and personal organisational sales of
15,000 PV(covering Franchisee and Baron) is required. Only Group Bonus is awarded if maintenance amount
is insufficient.

B A R O N


Accumulated 360,000PV of
personal sales

MARQUIS


Qualifications:


1. Has developed 5(five) 1st generation sponsored Counts and has lodged with the company the Challenge to
    attain Marquis. The challenge takes effect the following month. 
2. Has achieved a total group sales of 3,750,000PV in any 3 consecutive months.


Rewards:


1. Retailing profit of 41%.
2. Group Bonus of 3% - 21%.
3. Count Generation Bonus for up to 6 generations: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1.5%, 1%, 1%
4. Contribution Bonus of 2% on all Count and below group sales.
5. Marquis Global Profit Sharing of 1.5% (to be paid half-yearly).
6. Marquis Generation Bonus of 6% based on a maximum of 6 generations sponsored Marquis.
7. Awarded a Marquis pin.
8. If promotion to Marquis is attained within 4 months after being a distributor, he/she will qualify for a
    company incentive trip to France.

Rewards:


1. Retailing profit of 42%.
2. Group Bonus of 1% - 22%.
3. Count Generation Bonus for up to 6 generations: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1.5%, 1%, 1%
4. Marquis Generation Bonus of 6% based on a maximum of 6 generations sponsored Marquis.
5. Successful Bonus of 2% based on a maximum of 6 generations sponsored Dukes.
6. Contribution Bonus of 2% on all Count and below group sales.
7. Duke Global Profit Sharing of 1% (to be paid half-yearly) + Marquis Global Profit Sharing of 1.5% (to be

2. Has achieved a total group sales of 400,000,000PV in any 3 consecutive months.


Rewards:


1. Retailing profit of 42%.
2. Group Bonus of 1% - 22%.
3. Count Generation Bonus for up to 6 generations: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1.5%, 1%, 1%
4. Marquis Generation Bonus of 6% based on a maximum of 6 generations sponsored Marquis.
5. Successful Bonus of 2% based on a maximum of 6 generations sponsored Dukes.

3. Count Generation Bonus for up to 6 generations: 5%, 3%, 2%, 1.5%, 1%, 1%
4. Marquis Generation Bonus of 6% based on a maximum of 6 generations sponsored Marquis.
5. Successful Bonus of 2% based on a maximum of 6 generations sponsored Dukes.
6. Contribution Bonus of 2% on all Count and below group sales.
7. Grand Duke Global Profit Sharing of 1% (to be paid half-yearly) + Arch Duke Global Profit Sharing of 1% (to be
     paid half-yearly) + Duke Global Profit Sharing of 1% (to be paid half-yearly) +  Marquis Global Profit Sharing of

GROUP BONUS
