METHOD
OF TEST
As requested, the evaluation of essential
oil product was conducted as follows:
The
test was conducted in a room of floor
area of about 7m2. The lamp
was placed in the middle of the room.
Initial microbial quality of the air in
the room was determined using Biotest
RCS centrifugal air sampler. Thereafter,
the lamp was allowed to burn continuously
for a period of 4 hours. At time internvals
of 1,2,3 and 4 hours, the microbial quality
of the air in the room was determined.
